    "Olio Extravergine Di Oliva" DOP SARDEGNA is obtained exclusively from olives produced on farms included in the D.O.P. production list olive groves, located in the province of Sassari and in particular in the countryside of Alghero. Suggestions for use: it is an excellent oil, which thanks to its balance between bitter and spicy, can be used both as raw condiment or for the preparation of all the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine. Ideal on the dishes of fish.

    Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil BIO 50 CL- Accademia Olearia

    This extra virgin olive oil from Organic Agriculture is obtained by following the strict guidelines of EC Reg. no. 834/07 and 889/08 governing the rules of cultivation. This product is also certified by the ICEA Certification lnstitute. lt is extracted at the moment of average ripening mainly from olives of the Bosana variety. lt is a structured oil, from the clear scent of olives and a green fruity and pungent taste, with bitter and spicy hints and hints of artichoke and thistle.
