Red aromatic rice with a delicate scent. Ermes rice is a brown rice with an elongated grain with a typical reddish colour, with a scent reminiscent of Venus rice, but even more delicate.
As with black rice, the red anthocyanins are contained in the outer part of the husked grain.
Ermes is gluten-free and is a brown rice rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and proteins.
Carnaroli rice is a superfine white rice, selected through conventional (non-GMO) crossbreeding techniques, with the aim of obtaining a plant more resistant to disease so that it can be grown in a more respectful of the environment. Carnaroli grains easily absorb the aromas, bind harmoniously to the ingredients and are perfect for obtaining the highest quality risottos typical of Italian cuisine.
