    Made from the winemaking of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and other native Sardinian grape varieties. The maceration of the skins in the must lasts for about three weeks, allowing for a balanced release of noble substances and color. It has a very intense ruby red color, almost garnet. Aromas of ripe red fruits and jams. Herbaceous notes of Mediterranean scrub. Elegant, smooth, and very persistent. A long finish. Pairs well with roasted meats, grilled meats, and semi-hard cheeses.
