A rustic sausage and salami, well flavoured and ready to use in the kitchen as an ingredient for various recipes, sauces or raw, sliced and served as an appetizer or snack. The slice of bacon from the charcuterie factory is perfect to be cut at the moment, according to the need, into thin slices or cubes. It always retains its unmistakable taste of mountain bacon.
