The ancient Nieddera variety, which is now a sparkling wine, is the perfect meeting of opposites that cannot live without each other: the sun and the moon, fire and air, the land and the sea. Its bouquet is as subtle as a stolen kiss and as embracing as a refound kiss. Its pale pink colour is the colour of dawn over the sea, clear and unforgettable. Soliànu is a Vermentino of Gallura DOCG white wine, made from only Vermentino grapes from the vineyards of the Matteu estates in Gallura. The grapes are grown in vineyards planted on granite disintegrating soil, cultivated with Guyot at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, with a density of 5000 vines per hectare. It shows a beautiful straw yellow, with golden reflections. The nose is powerful and ample with fruity notes, floral and mineral nuances.

The berries are harvested by hand at the exact ripening stage between November and January; after careful sorting they undergo slow cold maceration in alcohol.
