the Department of tourism, trade and crafts of the Region of Sardinia and C.I.P.N.E.S.
implementig body of the territorial program, in the elegant setting of the room Clubino at Baglioni Hotel, located in London
the presentation of the action to tour operators and operators of the London holiday sector was held:
"Discovering a World called Sardinia"
aimed at enhancing and making known the Sardinian territory to the operators of the tourism sector.
A new connection bridge between the Sardinia Destination and the UK has been successfully activated,
and then you can find our productive excellences, magazines and flyers with QR code to discover itineraries,
plan holidays in Sardinia and buy the products of our land through the presentation of the program.
A new stage in the economic and promotional development linked to the interception and retention of our target focus, the "experiential traveller".
The Insula Chefs have created a rich menu inspired by the island’s tradition,
using only some of the excellent productions of the Sardinian food and wine chains.
This new stage of the promotional path tells the "Destination Sardinia"
through the five thematic-experiential paths promoted by the Department of Tourism,
Crafts and Commerce of the Region of Sardinia and the Cipnes:
1) Food and Wine Tourism;
2) Art - Fashion -Popular Translations;
3) Slow tourism and religious paths;
4) Archaeological Tourism;
5) Active and Sports Tourism.
Traditions and folklore animated the promotion evening dedicated to Sardinia Destination with Fantafolk,
duo composed of Launeddas and Organetto (Andrea Pisu and Vanni Masala), Beppe Dettori on vocals and guitar,
accompanied by traditional dances of the Folk Group of Tempio.
