    As part of the Sardinia Boat Show, Insula was able to highlight the excellence of food and wine,

    of the artistic craftsmanship and culture of Sardinia.

    An unmissable opportunity for the island which once again has the opportunity to show its treasures

    in an exclusive stage like that of the Olbia Marina.

     

    Our Master Craftsmen and Producers of the food and wine excellences showed to the public of the fair

    their high quality Food & Beverage and Design creations in the Insula area, which recorded a great turnout and great acclaim among those present.

    During the days of the fair, there were events of folklore, food and wine and design, linked to the wonderful traditions of Sardinia.

    On the first day, after the usual "ribbon cutting" that marked the start of the fair,

    the program was full of events; of considerable importance was the Cooking Show with a menu inspired by the flavors of Sardinia,

    conceived and presented by Chef Salvatore Camedda, Michelin Star at the Somu Baja club restaurant

    and aperitifs with strictly Made in Sardinia products,

    punctuated by Talk where the Institutions and prominent personalities of the nautical world participated.

     

     

    As closing events on the first day,

    there was the fashion show "Sardegna Ieri & oggi", dedicated to a selection of ateliers, tailors and jewels created by the Master Craftsmen

    of our land.

    Mauro Mibelli and Nicole Ruzzittu, chained the audience with their music and then left the stage

    to the much loved Cordas et Cannas together with the traditional dances of the Folk Group of Olbia.

     

     

    The second day of the fair opened with a talk on the sustainable development of the boating industry,

    followed by the cooking show "Sardinian production chains, a journey between tradition and innovation" dedicated to the flavors of Sardinia and to

    its quality production chains; followed in the late afternoon by the Aperitivo Sardegna which highlighted the flavors and aromas of cocktails and wines

    of Sardinia.

     

    The artistic events that enchanted the public on the second evening of the fair were

    the presentation of the book Sandhalia by Stefano Piroddi followed by a talk on the project, coordinated by Luisa Cardinale

    followed by FantaFolk, the talented duo of Launeddas and Organetto,

    Beppe Dettori and Giovannino Porqueddu and the dances of the Monti Folk Group entertained the spectators,

    enchanting them with the wonderful sounds and dances of our land.

     

    On the third day of the fair, the usual morning talk, in this case dedicated to financial instruments in support of Recreational Tourism,

    was followed by the

    cooking Show "Sardinian production chains, a journey between tradition and innovationdedicated to the flavors of Sardinia and to

    its quality production chains; followed in the late afternoon by the Aperitivo Sardegna which highlighted the flavors and aromas of cocktails and wines

    of Sardinia.

     

    In conclusion of the third evening, the long-awaited Tazenda show who enchanted the audience with their wonderful songs

    followed by FantaFolk who performed together with the Tempio Folk Group.

     

     

    The fourth day of the Fair began with the Cooking show

    "Sardinian production chains, a journey between tradition and innovation" dedicated to the flavors of Sardinia and to

    its quality production chains; followed in the late afternoon by the Aperitivo Sardegna which highlighted the flavors and aromas of cocktails and wines

    of Sardinia.

     

    The artistic events that ignited the stage were there

    the fashion show "Sardegna Ieri & oggi", dedicated to a selection of ateliers, tailors and jewels created by the Master Craftsmen

    of our land, followed by the artistic-musical performance of Double Dose, accompanied by the traditional dances of the Buddusò Folk Group.

     

    The last day of the Sardinia Boat Show was accompanied by the Fil Rouge of food and wine,

    with the Cooking Show and the Sardinia Aperitif.
