Cerasa is a Sardinian red wine, Cannonau of Sardinia DOC obtained only from Cannonau grapes in vineyards located in the territory of Bonnannaro in Mielogu. To the nose it is ample and complex, expressing hints of berries combined with herbaceous and spicy notes that are found on the palate. In the mouth it is warm, sapid, pleasant and balanced.
The particular wine vocation of Bonnanaro´s area, in the Mejlogu region, is boosted in our RUJU Rosso Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.

Animosu is a DOC red wine made from Cannonau grapes. It expresses all the character of its land. The warm embrace of the Gallura sun and the tenacity and robustness of the vine meet in this wine obtained according to the traditional winemaking methods of central Sardinia. Thàlei is a DOC red wine made from Bovale, Cannonau, Monica and other local viticultural biodiversity.
It is an intense ruby red wine, tending to garnet red with ageing, with an intense, fresh and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is sapid, full and appropriately tannic, with good structure. It goes perfectly with roasts, game and cheeses with a strong and spicy taste.
Lollóre is a DOC red wine, Mandrolisai, made from Bovale, Cannonau, Monica and other local viticultural biodiversity. It is a brilliant and deep ruby red wine, with an intense and persistent bouquet, ethereal, vinous, with hints of berries. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, with good body, rightly tannic. Ideal for roasts, game and cheeses with a strong and spicy taste.
Monili is a Cannonau of Sardinia DOC made only from Cannonau grapes.
It is grown in the vineyards on granite, hilly, dry and sunny, espalier bred soils. It is a wine with a garnet red colour, a fruity and persistent bouquet, a spicy and harmonious flavour.
Food pairings: it goes well with cold cuts and fresh cheeses and grilled or spit-roasted meat dishes.
Radice is a Sardinian red wine Cannonau of Sardinia DOC, obtained from Cannonau grapes coming from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The grapes are grown in vineyards on soils with a relevant calcareous matrix, organic and arranged in medium and low hills, at a minimum distance from the sea of the Gulf of Asinara.
At the table it can be served with red meats in general and with roasts.
Pietra is an IGT Romangia red wine, made from Cagnulari grapes from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The pure Cagnulari grapes are grown in the vineyards on exclusively calcareous soil. Pietra has a purple red colour with violet reflections. The nose gives intense and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is sapid with spicy nuances. It goes well with stewed meat, game, pasta dishes with meat sauce, spicy cold cuts, mature cheeses.
Roccia is a red wine IGT Romangia, obtained from native grapes of Sardinia from the territory of Romangia between Sorso and Sennori. The grapes are grown in vineyards on mainly calcareous soil.
Roccia has a ruby red colour with violet reflections. The aroma is fruity with broken nuances.
Unique in combination with red meat.
Urulu Cannonau of Sardinia DOC has a ruby red color, intense aromas of berries, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, well structured, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, which make it very harmonious. The finish is sapid and persistent.

This wine is a balanced symphony on a par with our shepherds' tenor singing, indicated by Unesco as the pearl of the intangible heritage of humanity. The silk thread that embellishes the bottles of Soroi is a product of the fine craftsmanship of Orgosolo, son of a centuries-old tradition on a par with the cultivation of Cannonau. Luna Vona is the first organic wine produced by the company, the grapes come from organic vineyards located near the valley of Locoe. Their size allows a careful management of the soil and a meticulous control of the plants. The forms of cultivation used are those with sapling and spurred cordon, oriented to the production of high quality grapes.

Okila is an intense ruby red wine with garnet reflections, characterized by a long, elegant bouquet with hints of morello cherry, berries and withered rose. The taste is ample, velvety, soft and full-bodied.
Pairings: It goes well with earth dishes, fatty fish and mature cheeses.
It is a fresh wine to drink immediately, less structured than its older brother Urùlu, but it retains great qualities. All the processing of the product, including the bottling, is taken care of directly by the members. The grapes are harvested by hand and, within a few hours, processed in the cellar with the help of handmade tools and equipment and subjected to a gentle treatment, aimed at obtaining high quality wines. All processes, including bottling, are carried out directly by the members. It goes well with first courses, stewed meats, grilled meats and cheeses with partial maturation.
Obtained from the vinification of Cannonau, Carignano and Muristellu grapes, the skin/must contact takes place in stainless steel tanks for about a week at a controlled temperature of around 25°C, during which daily pumping over and fulling are carried out. The transformation of malic acid into lactic acid takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation. The maturation takes place for a few months in steel tanks and is further refined in the bottle.

In Tinu is a red wine with Typical Geographical Indication - "Isola dei Nuraghi", obtained from Cannonau, Carignano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
A brilliant red wine, with an intense and enveloping scent of spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, warm and full. It accompanies dishes based on stewed red meats, cold cuts and spicy soft cheeses.

Selezione di uve internazionali e Bovale (biotipo locale) coltivati nei tipici terreni del Campidano di Terralba. La resa per ettaro è di 60/70 quintali. I vitigni bordolesi sono allevati a cordone speronato mentre il Bovale viene ancora coltivato ad alberello latino. I vitigni vengono vinificati e affinati separatamente, per esaltare al meglio le peculiarità varietali.
Mandrolisai Red wine IGP Isola dei Nuraghi. After a long manual selection of the best grapes and a 7-10 days long fermentation under controlled temperature, later comes the 24 months maturation in big french oak barrels. This special wine rests for 10 month after being bottled.

It is a Rosso, the "Barrile", in which the Contini wineries contain over a century of enological knowledge and skills, offering us a prestigious and qualitatively excellent label.
Nella prima metà di ottobre si assiste ad una vendemmia favolosa in Sardegna, nell’Alto Campidano proprio all porte della Valle del fiume Tirso e Sinis: la cantina Contini si mobilita e raccoglie le uve Cannonau, per produrre un vino rosso fermo d’eccezione. Dopo la raccolta, segue la macerazione della durata di circa due settimane, per poi procedere all'affinamento doppio.
Il “Maluentu” della Cantina Contini è un vino rosso di media struttura dal colore rubino con riflessi violacei prodotto con uve Nieddera, un vitigno autoctono di antichissime origini.
Al naso emergono aromi floreali di rose rosse e sentori di marasca sotto spirito. Il palato è polposo con un tannino abbastanza evidente e chiare note di freschezza. Affina in acciaio.

Carros is a Cannonau di Sardegna Classico Nepente di Oliena obtained from a careful selection of grapes from the Orbuddai vineyard, located at the foot of Mount Corrasi, the area of choice for Cannonau.
Hence this superb wine with a strong personality, with hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub. For its unmistakable and peculiar characteristics it is preferred to combine it with dishes and typical products of the island tradition. Appearance: Garnet red color with violet reflections.
Bouquet: The nose expresses immediately the notes of pulpy red fruit typical of the Cannonau variety; in the final a spiciness of discrete amplitude and very fine tends to enhance the aromatic outfit of the product.
Taste: Wine of notable acidity, rightly tannic, on the whole well balanced; the fruity and spicy notes reappear to complete the sensations perceived on the nose.
Intense red with violet reflections. Delicate and warm the aromas of ripe berries and cherries correlated with hints of violets and roses. The iodized mineral notes are well combined with aromas of white and yellow pulp fruit. Vibrant in acidity, the taste is soft and lively, with an excellent alcoholic balance. Exceptional as an aperitif, it goes well with the specialties of Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent pairing with fish first courses, savory pies, salads and grilled vegetables. Recommended with medium-fat catch of the day, cooked or grilled. Excellent with fried foods and shellfish.
