Pietra is an IGT Romangia red wine, made from Cagnulari grapes from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The pure Cagnulari grapes are grown in the vineyards on exclusively calcareous soil. Pietra has a purple red colour with violet reflections. The nose gives intense and fruity aromas. In the mouth it is sapid with spicy nuances. It goes well with stewed meat, game, pasta dishes with meat sauce, spicy cold cuts, mature cheeses.
Urulu Cannonau of Sardinia DOC has a ruby red color, intense aromas of berries, with spicy notes and balsamic accents. On the palate it is warm, well structured, with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness, which make it very harmonious. The finish is sapid and persistent.

Luna Vona is the first organic wine produced by the company, the grapes come from organic vineyards located near the valley of Locoe. Their size allows a careful management of the soil and a meticulous control of the plants. It is a fresh wine to drink immediately, less structured than its older brother Urùlu, but it retains great qualities. All the processing of the product, including the bottling, is taken care of directly by the members. The grapes are harvested by hand and, within a few hours, processed in the cellar with the help of handmade tools and equipment and subjected to a gentle treatment, aimed at obtaining high quality wines. All processes, including bottling, are carried out directly by the members. It goes well with first courses, stewed meats, grilled meats and cheeses with partial maturation.
Mandrolisai Red wine IGP Isola dei Nuraghi. After a long manual selection of the best grapes and a 7-10 days long fermentation under controlled temperature, later comes the 24 months maturation in big french oak barrels. This special wine rests for 10 month after being bottled.

Carros is a Cannonau di Sardegna Classico Nepente di Oliena obtained from a careful selection of grapes from the Orbuddai vineyard, located at the foot of Mount Corrasi, the area of choice for Cannonau.
Hence this superb wine with a strong personality, with hints of myrtle and Mediterranean scrub. For its unmistakable and peculiar characteristics it is preferred to combine it with dishes and typical products of the island tradition. Appearance: Garnet red color with violet reflections.
Bouquet: The nose expresses immediately the notes of pulpy red fruit typical of the Cannonau variety; in the final a spiciness of discrete amplitude and very fine tends to enhance the aromatic outfit of the product.

GIACU Mandrolisai DOC comes from the hilly vineyards of Mandrolisai around Sorgono (NU), on granite and sandy soils at about 500 m above sea level. The vines, trained with the spurred cordon method, produce hand-selected native grapes: Bovale Sardo, Cannonau, and Monica, blended in precise proportions to highlight the DOC’s identity.
Harvested traditionally by hand, the wine is vinified in steel with a 3-day pre-fermentation maceration followed by a 15-day fermentation, preserving the fruity notes and freshness of the grapes. The wine is aged in steel before bottling and refined in the bottle for 3–4 months.
