    Pork belly is one of the artisanal cured meats that the Salumificio di Belvì (Nuoro) prepares according to tradition, starting with the selection of meat from the belly of the pig. After they are processed and trimmed, they are prepared for preservation by salting with spices and aromas, followed by drying and seasoning. A rustic salami and sausage, very tasty and ready to be used in the kitchen as an ingredient for many recipes, sauces or raw, sliced and served as an appetizer or snack. The slice of bacon from the charcuterie is perfect to be cut at the moment, as needed, into thin slices or cubes. It always retains its unmistakable taste of mountain bacon.
