Attilio Rosé adores aperitifs and prefers seafood. But it also gets on well with vegetables and meat, especially white meat.
Its bouquet is as subtle as a breath of spring air and as enjoyable as an unexpected flower. The bubbles sparkle in the glass and tickle the palate. This wine loves seafood but also appreciates white meat with light sauces and vegetable stews. But its favourite time of day is aperitif time.
