Soliànu is a Vermentino of Gallura DOCG white wine, made from only Vermentino grapes from the vineyards of the Matteu estates in Gallura. The grapes are grown in vineyards planted on granite disintegrating soil, cultivated with Guyot at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, with a density of 5000 vines per hectare. It shows a beautiful straw yellow, with golden reflections. The nose is powerful and ample with fruity notes, floral and mineral nuances. Fresh, intense and persistent on the palate. To accompany important seafood dishes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Classification: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.

Grapes: Vermentino 100%.

Alcoholic degree: 13,5% vol

Vinification: Crushing of the destemmed grapes and subsequent static clarification of the must, then fermented with temperature control in steel tanks. This is followed by various racking until the ageing period.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.
