Attilio Contini, one of the winery’s founders, could never have imagined his name would have become synonymous with conviviality. The ancient Nieddera variety, which is now a sparkling wine, is the perfect meeting of opposites that cannot live without each other: the sun and the moon, fire and air, the land and the sea. Its bouquet is as subtle as a stolen kiss and as embracing as a refound kiss. Its pale pink colour is the colour of dawn over the sea, clear and unforgettable. Attilio Rosé adores aperitifs and prefers seafood. But it also gets on well with vegetables and meat, especially white meat.

Vermentino di Gallura reaches its maximum elegance in this brut sparkling wine with its fine, velvety perlage and pleasant aromatic freshness. It has a straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent effervescence. Fresh, fine, fruity, spicy bouquet, reminiscent of aromatic herbs, sage and citrus fruits. Lively, savoury, fresh acidity, good balance, medium structure and great aromatic persistence.
Food pairings: particularly suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes.

Baloi è un elegante vino rosato brut ottenuto con il metodo Charmat per conservare intatti i profumi varietali ed esaltare le sue caratteristiche di freschezza e acidità.
Al naso spiccano aromi di rosa, di piccoli frutti di bosco rossi ed un finale di frutta secca. Fine e persistente si accompagna ad antipasti di carne e salumi non troppo speziati.
