Selection of Nasco grapes from the Campidano di Terralba area. The grapes come from around 30-year-old vineyards trained with Latin sapling. Harvesting and selection of the grapes are done manually. Aging for about 7-8 months on fine lees in stainless steel barrels followed by bottling.
