Produced following the looting of bees from October to December on the flowers of Arbutus Unedo. It has always been appreciated by Sardinians for its marked and typical aroma and for its initially sweet and pleasant taste and subsequently bitter characteristic and pleasant.
Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.
Guttiau Bread was born from the ancient custom of seasoning "carasau" bread with olive oil or condiments released by sausages during cooking over a fire. ALE, complex, old gold coloured with copper reflections and full bodied, is distinguished by its extraordinary balance between malt flavours and citrus/fruity scents of English hops. A wonderful beer that identifies the great passion of the brewer Dolmen.
From grapes grown at the foot of Mount Limbara comes Rías, a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG strong and intense as the environment from which it comes.
Young and fresh wine, vinified in steel containers at controlled temperature to maintain the primary aromas of the vine. This Vermentino has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, intense aromas, fruity and floral notes. Long, savoury and persistent taste. To be enjoyed as an aperitif, combined with seafood or fish dishes.
Radice is a Sardinian red wine Cannonau of Sardinia DOC, obtained from Cannonau grapes coming from the Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori. The grapes are grown in vineyards on soils with a relevant calcareous matrix, organic and arranged in medium and low hills, at a minimum distance from the sea of the Gulf of Asinara.
At the table it can be served with red meats in general and with roasts.
