    Just in Oristano we find this sample of Silvio Carta, a DOC Vernaccia with a very particular vinification: after the fermentation there is a passage in uncoloured chestnut barrels, to favour the oxygenation and the formation of the 'flor', a layer of yeasts that protects the wine exalting its refinement. An intense and shiny amber colour on the nose welcomes us with notes of resin and pine, wet earth and mushrooms, undergrowth and iodine, in a kaleidoscope of sensations that inebriates the nose. In the mouth it reflects everything with complexity and sweetness, it has a complete taste reminiscent of coffee and tobacco and surprises in the flavor that gives a finish that never ends.     Giaru is a fresh and persistent wine with a straw-yellow colour, with slightly golden reflections, an ample bouquet with delicately fruity and mineral hints. The grapes are grown in the vineyards located in Mejlogu, an historical-geographical region of Sardinia on soil composed by siliceous and granitic sand resting on a thick layer of clay at 400 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare. Ideal as an aperitif, at table it matches with seafood dishes.

    I Monili bianco is a Vermentino of Sardinia DOC wine, obtained only from Vermentino grapes grown on granite soil cultivated with espalier. The harvest usually takes place starting from the first ten days of October, each hectare yields on average 90 quintals of grapes per 63 hectolitres of wine. The grapes brought to the cellar are immediately pressed, destemmed and crushed, followed by the must which is sent to clean fermentation, followed by various racking until the period of aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months. I Monili is a pale straw yellow Vermentino, with a floral bouquet and a remarkable persistence. On the palate it is soft, fresh and mineral. Excellent paired with seafood appetizers, raw and seafood dishes.
