Azzesu is an intense, fresh and persistent wine with a straw-yellow colour, golden reflections and an ample bouquet with floral and finely mineral hints, which blend in the freshness of the taste persistence. Azzesu is born in completely basaltic soils on top of a volcano at 730 meters above sea level. This Vermentino is absolutely an original wine: the beginning of a new era in the wine panorama of Sardinia.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night. This gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate and an intense, floral bouquet. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and fresh soft cheeses.
The grapes come from the vineyards raised in espalier on granite soil near the coast, sunny and kissed by the sea breeze. It has a straw yellow colour with brilliant reflections. Floral sensations accompanied by notes of white and exotic fruit. Fresh and sapid on the palate with a slight bitterness on the finish.

Just in Oristano we find this sample of Silvio Carta, a DOC Vernaccia with a very particular vinification: after the fermentation there is a passage in uncoloured chestnut barrels, to favour the oxygenation and the formation of the 'flor', a layer of yeasts that protects the wine exalting its refinement. An intense and shiny amber colour on the nose welcomes us with notes of resin and pine, wet earth and mushrooms, undergrowth and iodine, in a kaleidoscope of sensations that inebriates the nose. In the mouth it reflects everything with complexity and sweetness, it has a complete taste reminiscent of coffee and tobacco and surprises in the flavor that gives a finish that never ends. Giaru is a fresh and persistent wine with a straw-yellow colour, with slightly golden reflections, an ample bouquet with delicately fruity and mineral hints. The grapes are grown in the vineyards located in Mejlogu, an historical-geographical region of Sardinia on soil composed by siliceous and granitic sand resting on a thick layer of clay at 400 meters above sea level, with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare.
Ideal as an aperitif, at table it matches with seafood dishes.
From a selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, comes a wine with an important structure and intense aromatic charge. After a brief contact of the skins with the must, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16 - 18 ° C, where it will evolve for several months in contact with its fine lees.
This wine is ideal in combination with seafood, white meats, fresh and soft cheeses.
From the valley of Surrau, flooded with sun and light, a sweet, meditation wine. Obtained only from Vermentino grapes dried for a month on racks after the harvest. After a short cold maceration, which allows the extraction of aromatic substances, it ferments in steel tanks where it rests for a few months. The colour is an intense golden yellow, tending to honey. The scents are rich in Mediterranean vegetable and honey notes that blend with the enveloping and persistent taste. Excellent in combination with dry almond based sweets and with spicy and blue cheeses.
I Monili bianco is a Vermentino of Sardinia DOC wine, obtained only from Vermentino grapes grown on granite soil cultivated with espalier. The harvest usually takes place starting from the first ten days of October, each hectare yields on average 90 quintals of grapes per 63 hectolitres of wine. The grapes brought to the cellar are immediately pressed, destemmed and crushed, followed by the must which is sent to clean fermentation, followed by various racking until the period of aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months. I Monili is a pale straw yellow Vermentino, with a floral bouquet and a remarkable persistence. On the palate it is soft, fresh and mineral.
Excellent paired with seafood appetizers, raw and seafood dishes.
