The work in the vineyard of this extremely elegant and fine wine is managed with a view to quality; the harvest is manual, slightly late to increase its structural potential. Aging completes the development of a wine to be kept for a long time but pleasant to drink, even when young. The vinification, respecting the characteristics of the terroir, takes place in thermoregulated cement tanks which, while maintaining the freshness of the fruit, facilitates its roundness.

The strength that drives Velo de Flor comes from the deep desire for curiosity and innovation that characterizes the Murales Winery. They could'nt resist the temptation to measure the Vermentino grape with a late harvest . The association with Vernaccia Flor was delicately optimal. The grapes are dried on the plant. On the skin of the berries are formed yeasts called "velo de flor"; the subsequent vinification leads to the formation of the layer of flor. These microorganisms produce special scents and aromas, decreasing volatile acidity, consume part of the glycerin and trigger oxidative processes. From the production of this particular wine to its commercialization pass at least 6 years.
Lumenera is a Vermentino di Gallura Tardivo. Its creation stems from the desire to compete with other oenological realities and to experiment with new production solutions. After two days of maceration on the skins, it is fermented in tonneau and then aged in cement for a year with daily bâtonage. The wine is thus of great elegance and softness. The rich structure makes it a white wine for meditation and unexpected pairings.
Miradas is an extraordinary Vermentino vinified in purity. After short maceration in contact with the skins and a very soft pressing, it is left to rest for a few weeks on the lees. It ferments at a controlled temperature and decants until May, before being bottled. It reaches full expression in the year following its harvest.
Faulas is a dry, harmonious sparkling wine with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Characterized by a long stay on yeast and disgorgement after about 36/60 months.
