PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Typology: Myrtle liqueur of Sardinia

Alcohol content: 23% vol

Appearance: light colour with green-yellowish reflections

Scent: the nose expresses multiple scents, in addition to the remarkable presence of essential oil of myrtle you can perceive other aromas typical of the aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean maquis, such as thyme, laurel, sage, rosemary and lentisk.

Taste: on tasting all these fragrances are mixed in a very elegant embrace of myrtle with an embracing and involving taste, with vegetal notes. A very refined bitter-sweet arm wrestle, which leads to an extremely delicate finish rich in Mediterranean returns.

Selenu is a Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG obtained from pure Vermentino grapes. The grapes are picked at first light in the morning, still wet from the dew of the night.
