Insula at the 27th edition of Artigiano in Fiera 2023
From 2 to 10 December Sardinia was present at the 27th edition of the market exhibition "Artigiano in fiera", at the Fiera Milano Rho.
For the occasion, Insula - the Agrifood and Territorial Marketing division of CIPNES, accompanied the public on a journey
to discover the workshops of the master craftsmen of Sardinia. A suggestive journey at a slow pace between tradition and innovation
to discover the secrets of the "Master Craftsmen of Sardinia": in the area dedicated to master craftsmen it was possible to take part in the production phases
of some identity chains, learn directly the processing techniques, and taste delicious dishes
starting from the raw material of the supply chain and passing through the artisanal processing techniques and the final preparation by the chefs of the
island.

With the strategic marketing program "INSULA - Sardinia Quality World",
promoted by the Department of Tourism, Crafts and Commerce of the Region of Sardinia
and by INSULA, the Agrifood and Territorial Marketing division of the CIPNES body,
the Region of Sardinia, also in the context of the Artigiano in Fiera event in Milan,
has focused on the representation of an identity and sustainable promotional formula
in which the destination Sardinia was told through
its productive excellences (artistic craftsmanship, fashion, design and food and wine),
in an experiential path accompanied by the projection of films and virtual reality paths between paths, villages,
and archeology in the heart of the island.
The real protagonists of this fair were our master craftsmen, who passed on their knowledge, passion,
tradition and know how to the curious patrons of the fair.

Sardinia is also a symbol of conviviality and food and wine. Insula has created a Sardinia Gourmet
where curious and visitors could try some of the excellent dishes of our tradition
In the Sardinia area it was possible to attend a suggestive daily program of events of artistic animation
featuring dances and parades of the island’s traditional clothes, musical performances of identity,
presentations of the mystical masks of the island tradition, curated by the Maria Carta Foundation
.
