Vermentino di Gallura "Elibaria" has straw yellow color, crossed by some more greenish reflections. The bouquet has fruity and floral texture, enriched by notes of aromatic herbs and slightly floral sensations. In the mouth it is light-bodied and dynamic, with a sip that highlights a nice freshness combined with a sapid texture. Lightness and simplicity animate this label signed by the Contini winery, perfect to accompany the great traditional fish dishes of southern Italy.
